Dear Guest,

Due to works to improve the quality the fermeda hut will open later this year. Our guests can enjoy all the services offered as usual and the work will not concern the house directly but the backside of it.

We would like to apologize in advance for any unpleasant inconvenience. Hope in your comprehension.

Fermeda Hut on the Seceda Alp in Val Gardena South Tyrol - Dolomites

The idyllic Fermeda Hut is the perfect destination for your mountain holiday, offering comfortable rooms, exquisite cuisine and a strategic position in the heart of a UNESCO Heritage Site

Welcome to the Fermeda Lodge at the Seceda Alp with its unforgettable, breathtaking panorama surrounded by the most spectacular peaks of the Dolomites! Set in a pristine natural environment, far from traffic and noise, it is an easy 15-minute walk to reach the hut. Excursions, rock climbing (including vie ferrate with fixed protection), mountain bike trails, launch sites for paragliding and enchanting views for photography enthusiasts are all available close by.

History
The Fermeda Lodge started many years ago, in 1937, with a small hut for mountaineers open during the summer months. In 1961, when the cable car from Ortisei to Seceda was built, the hut started opening during the winter months as well. In 1983, it was completely renovated.
